On July 31st, the first team of construction workers and heavy machinery took to the 321 at Water’s Edge site, officially marking the start of the land development process.

This process includes digging the well, burying the electrical lines, raising the sea wall, and leveling the land, all of which are critical parts of what will one day be the most luxurious waterfront condominium on Fort Lauderdale’s Barrier Island.
